KAFB, one of Albuquerque’s largest employers, has a long stable history in the area. Its impact on the city can be seen from the housing needs, which include the new area outside the Eubank gate to the diverse and talented personnel that enriches our city. We are fortunate that air force personnel transferred to Kirtland tend to stay longer than other base assignments.
